COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING
Be distinct, creative and unique are the watchwords to confer bliss on computer education. The department of Computer Science & Engineering has blossomed as one of the premier centers for computer education. Students grow in step with them, learning through them and becoming one of them.
The excellent band of teaching stimulates the judicious blend of modern education with vigorous work schedule and indefatigable team spirit. The Engineering program is a challenging one, which provides solution by analyzing and solving the key issues of IT industry. Core facilities such as the computer center, lecture halls, libraries, audio and visual exhibits have been constantly upgraded.
The Students are encouraged to participate in technical symposiums and to present papers in International and National conferences. Industrial Visits are arranged every semester to enhance their practical knowledge.

LABS
Lab1 - Communication Skills Lab
It is required of any learner to have a good command of the language for communication purposes, with clarity and accuracy being vital for effective and efficient communication. What helps one to acquire such proficiency in a language is the process and the method of learning that language.
The language laboratory is very useful for assessing students' speech. It provides students with the technical tools to get the best samples of pronunciation of the language. The electronic devices used in the laboratory will stimulate the eyes and ears of the learner to acquire the language quickly and easily.
Lab2 - Web Technology Lab
This lab is well established and fully-equipped with all new technologies for the development of software packages. This lab offers round the clock high-speed internet connectivity and a well structured LAN connectivity. This lab focuses on the state of art technologies like Website developing, and all other programming techniques.
Lab3 - Open Source Lab
This lab aims at providing students the knowledge about the Red Hat Linux Operating System Environment. Students are made familiar with Open Source Technologies. Access to both offline and online Internet services is available. It provides modern computational and research facilities to the students.
Lab4 - DBMS Lab
This lab aims at providing students the knowledge about the Database Environment. Students are made familiar with Oracle Software and Visual Basic, .Net. Access to both offline and online Internet services is available. It provides modern computational and research facilities to students.
Lab5 - Data Structures Lab
To provide the students the knowledge about Data Structures, applications of data structures, problem solving using data structure tools and techniques. Students are made familiar with C programming and its applications. It provides modern computational and research facilities to students.
